More younger women should be recruited into the Sarawak Federation of Women Institutes (PPWS) and be given roles to play in order to groom them for leadership, Minister in Prime Minister’s Department Nancy Shukri said.

In addition, she also said more efforts should be put into organising programmes to get youths active in the organisation and make them feel they are part of it.
